Suburban Family Home - Requested Build

My New Build: A 5-Bed Suburban Family Home! 

This was a requested build for a family of 5: 

- A Mother, 5-star celebrity who needs a studio/gym space 

-A Father 

-A child son who loves space 

-A child daughter who is social 

-A toddler daughter who enjoys playing with dolls 

-A soon-to-be-born daughter! 

I draw on classic suburban American houses for this home 

With roofing to complement the house shape

And a garage - this door was created using columns, windows, and wooden walling

This is the floorplan with no room separations

And the floorplan for upstairs including room separation

And now, a tour... 

By the front door there are hooks for each of the children's backpacks, as well as a toy box and unit for random storage

The living room is off to the left of the house

And draws on light blues and purples to bring a subtle pop of colour to the room

The kitchen and dining area is to the right of the house, and includes a 6-seat kitchen table (carpet is CC) 

As well as a blue tinted kitchen large enough for cooking for a family of 6 

Under the stairs is a small bathroom 

Simply kitted out with a toilet, shower and sink

By the bottom of the stairs there is also a door that leads into the garage

Which has been converted into the studio for the celebrity mother - complete with drapes for video backgrounds, a make up desk, and a unit for storing all awards! 

The opposite side of the garage has a treadmill and boxing bag, great for working out in the privacy of your own gym!

Finally, a door off of the living room leads to the master bedroom

A purple accented room fit for a celebrity!

Now we venture upstairs...

The stairs lead up to a large hallway decorated with paintings on the wall

Opposite the stairway is a door to the first of two upstairs bathrooms

Specifically designed for the younger two of the four children 

And along the hallway to the left is the second bathroom

Designed for the older children

The far door to the right is a pink toddler bedroom for the already born toddler 

Beside it, the first door on the right leads to a similarly decorated yellow toddler room for the future child (giraffe is CC) 

The far door on the left is the room for the child age daughter 

Complete with a writing desk, violin, and game table for playing with her many friends

And finally upstairs, the first door on the right leads to the son's bedroom, decorated clearly for a child who loves science and space 

And now I will take you to the back garden... 

This slatted covering is made by placing a room, deleting the walls but keeping the floor. Then, draw fences (used here: strangerville illusion of a fence) in cross section, then delete the floor between each area, creating this slatted cover.

The patio is home to a quaint seating area beneath a citrus tree

As well as a barbeque for family cookouts

There is a pool, complete with diving board, ladders, and some floating lounge chairs 

And a play area with activities for children of all ages

It is under modded, but this is only due to the carpet & wall decor!
